Sail Away on a Windy Day- Baby Quilt
This Sail Away on a Windy Day baby quilt is perfect as a little one’s quilt. The fabric is 100 % cotton made from my scrappy fabric stash. The backing is made with a blue polka dot cotton and the binding is a coordinating blue strip.
The edges of the quilt have prairie point fish additions for little fingers to find and hide in or to fidget with.
This quilt fits nicely in a crib or as a cuddly blanket for a car seat. It is hand pieced in my quilting studio and quilted edge to edge with free motion quilting by me. Made to last with premium cotton fabric, cotton batting and cotton quilting thread.
Care Instructions
Care Instructions: Simply machine wash in cold water using mild laundry detergent and tumble dry on low heat. Your quilt may shrink slightly after the first wash creating the desired 'puckered' effect. It will get softer and cuddlier with each wash.
